These exacting applications of materials include over 500,000 square feet of planters, also referred to as green roofs or garden roofs, that have been successfully installed in South Florida by Integral Preservation Systems (IPS) approved contractors.  Each installation whether on a dead-flat surface or a high degree of slope is inspected by IPS to ensure that each project receives a 20-year material and labor warranty without a declining balance.

Over 350,000 linear feet of expansion joints have been inspected by IPS with extensive warranties approved.  These warranties guarantee there will be zero water intrusion for the extent of the warranty.

As experts in the forensic study and investigation of water intrusion, our staff studies waterproofing and roofing failures due to application, design, use of improper materials, counter-indicated chemistries, and value-engineering failures.  IPS consults with developers, contractors and homeowner associations, as well as the design community, to provide guidelines for successful solutions.

These guidelines will lead to successful projects, whether new, remediation and/or restoration, in the waterproofing, roofing and concrete repair arenas by suggesting well-known and respected manufacturers that will provide exceptionally long-term warranties for material and labor.  These warranties legally bind the manufacturer to material and labor for up to 20 years (in some cases as long as 25 years) and all work is done by approved contractors in a competitive and professional manner.  IPS works solely in conjunction with approved and licensed structural engineers.

IPS has a LEED AP (LEED Accredited Professional) on staff that can assist you with your LEED project or in 'greening' your existing structure.  As manufacturer representatives, we represent a number of products that will fulfill LEED points and help to achieve LEED Certification of your structure.
