2015 Overview
The demands of the marketplace continue to increase the services that IPS offers. These services include Red-Lining, spec design and assistance, CAD details, inspection services, chemical analysis of specified materials and building envelope/waterproofing/green roof/glazing design to name a few.

2014 Overview
IPS’ services for projects include consulting, expert testimony, building envelope design and/or assistance, glazing, curtain wall, waterproofing, roofing relating to water-tightness.

Christy Safont joins IPS as a Consulting Liaison. She will be working closely with architects, General Contractors and Owners to ensure their structures are watertight.
2013 Overview
2013-Projects include Lake Tower Key Biscayne, Murano Grande Condominiums South Beach, 3360 Condominiums South Palm Beach, Williams Island 2800, Mirasol Miami Beach, Villa Regina on Brickell Avenue, Summerhill Apartments Coconut Grove, Biltmore Hotel Coral Gables, and King Cole Condominiums.
New Construction projects include Orion Jet Center, Publix Altos, Grand Beach Club, Brickell House, Mansions at Aqualina, and University of Miami Student Activities Center.
Consulting projects include W Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach, MidBlock in Midtown Miami, Continuum South Beach, Opal Towers Hillsboro Mile, and Grove Isle.
IPS continues to work very closely with Pistorino & Alam, Erdozain Consulting, TRC, and J.Belliveau & Associates.
2012 Overview
IPS continues to consult and/or act as the manufacturers’ rep for these on-going waterproofing/roofing projects: The Hemispheres on Hallandale Beach, Nine Island on Miami Beach, The Chalfonte in Boca Raton, Williams Island 2800, Bristol Towers in Miami, Bellini Bal Harbour, Olympus Condominiums, Miami Marlins parking garages, St. Regis Bal Harbour, L’Ambiance on Galt Ocean, Aventura Optima Office Building, Baptist Medical Center parking garages, Port Everglades parking garages, The Reaches on Singer Island, Commodore Club East and South on Key Biscayne, Ocean Club Key Biscayne, St Raphael and The Trieste in Naples.
2011 Overview
Restoration began at Las Olas by the River Condominiums where caulk was used in place of a true expansion joint and where a roofing material was used instead of a hot-applied waterproofing membrane. Materials to be applied with be Lymtal’s Precom H expansion joint and American Hydrotech’s MM6125.One Woodbrook Place in Trinidad is one of the largest waterproofing projects in the Islands. Paragon Painting & Waterproofing is the contractor and they continue with the application of American Hydrotech’s MM6125FR waterproofing system.
The Seasons Condominiums in Naples, FL, recreation pool deck and planter restoration project is completed. Lymtal and American Hydrotech issue their warranties. The engineer was Delta Engineering and the applicator was Walker Construction.Restoration continues at The Trieste Condominiums in Naples, FL with the application of American Hydrotech’s MM6125 for the decks and planters and Lymtal’s expansion joints.
2010 Overview
The 2-year project at Ocean II Condominiums in Sunny Isles, FL is completed. This consisted of removing all the failed waterproofing of this 10-year old structure, prepping all surfaces, installing Lymtal expansion joints at the perimeter as well as the separate structures, and the application of Lymtal’s urethane deck coating to protect the tennis court surfaces. American Hydrotech’s MM6125-FR hot-applied waterproofing system was used to protect all of the decks and planters. A 20-year material and labor water-tightness warranty is issued by American Hydrotech. Jack Erdozain was the engineer.
Due to the watertight success of Lymtal’s expansion joints and traffic coatings at one of Florida International University’s (FIU) parking garages, they have once again requested the use of Lymtal materials for their new Parking Garage #5.
All of the planters at the Montenaro Condominium’s in Naples, FL were restored with American Hydrotech’s MM6125FR hot-applied waterproofing membrane. This consisted of over 65,000 square feet of planter waterproofing.
Lymtal’s 100% reactive urethane deck coating and J30 expansion joints were used to completely stop all water intrusion at 4141′s (Miami’s Art District) parking garage. Once completed, this was the first time the building did not have any water entering the occupied space beneath the parking deck. The contractor was Florida Lemark.
In January, Pistorino & Alam highly recommends the specially designed Lymtal-Hydrotech watertight system for decks in South Florida due to their enormous success in an environment of cold-snaps and rainfall.
1111 Lincoln Road on Miami Beach is completed. A specially-designed green roof was installed at the owner’s entrance at the top of the parking garage. This green roof consists of American Hydrotech’s MM6125-FR system, as well as their custom-designed system that was used for its’ highly-sloped conditions. This structure has been featured in Architectural Digest and is used for all types of events due to its unique design.
On Key Biscayne, FL, Commodore Club South Condominiums’ 26,000 square foot recreation deck was completed using Lymtal’s 780/750 deck coating. Engineer was Pistorino & Alam; the contractors were Structural Preservation Systems (SPS) and Sealtite Services.
2009 Overview
On Miami Beach, The New World Symphony’s architect specified American Hydrotech for waterproofing the recreational roofing surface, as well as the ‘eyebrow’. The New World Symphony’s roof consists of pavers, seating areas, and planters which includes large trees that are visible from the street. A magnificent project.
Sieger Suarez Architects demands the use of American Hydrotech’s MM6125 Fabric-Reinforced hot rubber waterproofing system on all of the elevated surfaces (decks and planters) at the new St. Regis Bal Harbour located in Bal Harbour, FL. This consists of over 450,000 square feet of hot-applied waterproofing.
In Miami, the Terremark’s (The Americas’ internet transfer site) roof waterproofing is completed. American Hydrotech’s hot-applied MM6125FR waterproofing membrane, along with Lymtal’s expansion joints were applied by Florida Lemark.
Once again, Continental Glass chooses to use Bondaflex 295 silicone at the Marbella Condominiums in Boca Raton, FL for water-tightness of their window installations.
Restoration begins at Castle Beach Club Condominiums and Hotel on Miami Beach. This includes waterproofing over 30,000 square feet of decks with American Hydrotech’s MM6125-FR system. Engineer is Jim Belliveau & Associates.
